Chad Brenzikofer is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) who focuses on solid physiological principles to get you where you want to be, when you want to be there.  Chad has worked with adolescents, athletes looking to enhance performance, as well as older fitness buffs in their 60's and 70's. Chad has a strong background in the following areas...

Training Rates

1 hour individual consultation: Body composition analysis, general fitness evaluation.  You will be guided through various challenges starting very easy and finishing with a cardiovascular stress test.  This will determine program design, heart rate training zones, and mental readiness..........$65

2 individual sessions: On session one, you will go through the fitness testing and session two will guide you through the program that is specifically designed for you after day one.  This is the perfect option for someone looking to spice up their home program..........$110

The following packages are monthly rates

4 Pack: One visit / week.  Keep the motivation and intensity high, Compliment your personal home gym workouts..........$220

8 Pack: Two visits / week.  It's all about consistency! The perfect compliment to your walks in the park, bike rides, and hikes!..........$400

12 Pack: Three visits / week.  Feeling ambitious?  Reach your performance goals..........$540

Group Training

Not interested in dumbbells and weight machines, but still enjoy a good workout?  Group exercise class is a one-hour, high intensity, strength & plyometric based workout.  No weights or exercise machines are necassary for this class...Your body weight is all the resistance needed when doing jumps, lunges, push-ups, squats, obstacle courses and core work.  All exercises are easily modified to meet all fitness levels.  Maximize weight loss & strength gains with this calorie blaster.

  • Drop in rates are $15 per class, or buy a 6 pack for only $72
  • Get the group 6 pack for only $60 when you buy a personal package. (Just $65 a week gets you a private weight session and access to both group classes)
  • Group class is every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 noon and 5pm.  Monday and Wednesday at 6pm
