1 hour individual
consultation: Body composition analysis, general fitness evaluation. You will be guided through various challenges
starting very easy and finishing with a cardiovascular stress test. This will determine program design, heart rate training

sessions: On session one, you will go through the fitness testing and session two will guide you through the program

Group Training
Not interested in dumbbells
and weight machines, but still enjoy a good workout? Group exercise class is a one-hour, high intensity, strength
& plyometric based workout. No weights or exercise machines are necassary for this class...Your body weight is all
the resistance needed when doing jumps, lunges, push-ups, squats, obstacle courses and core work. All exercises are
easily modified to meet all fitness levels. Maximize weight loss & strength gains with this calorie blaster.
